Building on his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stanford University, he has more than four decades of experience leading manufacturing, software development and “New Media” companies as well as start-ups. Tom has managed the complete supply chain and understands its effect on sales and marketing. He leverages the power of clarity, communication and teamwork to grow business.

His passion is helping manufacturers stay in California. Since 2002 he has helped hundreds of businesses achieve alignment and improve sales and profits as their go-to Smarketing Manager or fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) . He also leads a unique quarterly Manufacturing Peer Network and continuing education program called NexGen.
